New costumer registration

Our customer could be any natural or legal person who meets the following conditions:

• Is a valid member of KVLSR and a valid license holder - veterinarian
• Is holder of a permit for wholesale distribution of veterinary medicines, veterinary products and veterinary medical devices - distributor
• Has a permission issued by ÚŠKVBL for the preparation and marketing of medicated food on the market – production of feed mixtures
• The subject of his/her business is agricultural business and livestock farming – agricultural company
• Is a beekeeper and a member of one: ZOSZV or RSVS
• Is a provider of pharmaceutical care in a public pharmacy - pharmacy
• Is the owner of a valid business license permitting retail activities in the scope of free trade or to run a salon for pets – pet shop, salon
• Has registered breeding facility in SKH - a professional breeder of dogs and cats

To purchase any product in our company we require a registration. We make a commitment to not provide your registration and contact information to the third parties.
