Warranty terms and conditions

Claims for defective items, or incorrect documents are received via phone, fax, email or in written form within 3 working days of receipt of goods, or documents. Claim hidden defects immediately after detection and return the goods in original condition.

Claims will be accepted only if the concerned products met the prescribed storage conditions. Errors found in the distribution chain can be claimed immediately with the carrier by requesting a claim protocol and filling it at the time of delivery.

In a claim protocol please specify the product, its exact name, package size, quantity, expiry date and batch number, delivery note, in case of claim accounting document, indicate invoice number and the reason of claim.
