Purpose of processing

We will process your personal data for the purpose of billing, accounting, marketing, sending advertising information (newsletter), pharmacovigilance, loyalty and reward systems, educational events and conferences, planning and implementation of purchases and sales and for the purpose defined in the introduction in relation to cookies.

Upon request for erasure, all irretrievably deleted data and related orders (if any) will be anonymised.

The user has the right to take reasonable steps, including technical measures, to delete all references to his/her personal data and copies thereof if the lawful reason for their possible archiving has passed.

Right to object

The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data or, if he or she is unable to exercise the right to erasure.

Right to lodge a complaint

The user has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data is in breach of the GDPR.

Logging user requests

The controller is obliged to record all requests from users in relation to the withdrawal, correction and deletion of their data.

Ensuring data protection

We have technical and security mechanisms in place to ensure that the data processed is protected against unauthorised access or transmission, against loss or destruction or other possible misuse.

In the event that you do not provide your consent to the processing of your personal data, we will only be able to provide you with services to a limited extent, based on the European Data Protection Regulation.
